At Zitomer Pharmacy, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fashion and accessory purchases. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our physical pharmacy for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
